As most of you know, October and November were quite eventful in our family. From Dell's moms 2 brain surgerys in NC to Haley's bonfire burn accident, we are finally ready for only fun excitement! I apologize for posting these backwards. I posted these from most recent to oldest by accident and I don't know how to undo... sorry...This is Haley about 2 weeks out. She's even better now. The last dead skin has fallen off and there's only a slight discoloration now which, over time and with proper moisturizing and protection from the sun, we have been assured will fade.
About 1 1/2 weeks out. Her hands were severely burned although its hard to tell in the pics. They caused her the most pain and actually she couldn't comfortably hold her pencil to do her schoolwork for 2 weeks so we just did alot of reading. Her hands are quite sensitive to the cold.
About a week out.
The night of before going to the hospital. She was in alot of pain and they were told(I was still in NC) she had 2nd degree burns. We are so thankful it wasn't worse than what it was. The Lord is good and we are reminded of His love and faithfulness through these times.
